World Skate is excited to announce that the 2023 World Skateboarding Tour Park contest in Rome’s Spot Skatepark in Lido de Ostia this October 1st- 8th has been elevated to the status of 2023 Skateboard Park World Championship!

With significant implications for OWSR point accruals on the Road To Paris 2024 (about which more here!) and of course the status of being crowned World Champion in the inaugural year of the World Skateboarding Tour, Rome will once again rise to the occasion of hosting an international skateboarding event of the highest standards throughout.

It is important to note that alongside the 2022 World Championships and WST San Juan events just passed and the upcoming WST Pro Tour Park event in Sharjah, these WST Park events will form the entirety of Phase 1 (about which you can read further here) of Park Skateboarding's Road To Paris journey.
